16 days left of being 7!!!

 Since we covered some of the things that Walker loves in the previous day, today I decided to ask all the boys what are some things that they don't love. 🤣 And their answers are completely fitting for their personalities! 

Jasper 14 years old (mainly food-related)- "going to the dentist, black carrots (aka mushroosms- they were in our soup tonight and apparently Jasper did NOT like them), any vegetables, and chips." (side note- we had just gone to the dentist that morning and it was not a pleasant experience)

Brody 11 years old- "when your football game gets cancelled when you're already half way to the field on Saturday morning." 

Poor guy, that happened to us 3 times in this past 6 week flag football season. It was so painful, bc in 2 instances, it was barely, barely raining. It takes a major effort for all of us to get up at 7:30 on a Saturday morning and eat breakfast, get all the boys in the correct uniforms, pack the car, load all the chairs and snacks and such, and then get to the field on time. And each time, the night before Sharrod (the leader of I9 sports) would send out a text saying that football is "on" for tomorrow, rain or shine, and 3 times he texted Saturday morning, minutes before ppl were supposed to arrive on the field and say that today's games were cancelled. It was so painful, especially for Brody!

Walker 7 years old- "when someone steals something out of your hand when you find something good at Goodwill. Someone did that to me once and I did NOT like it. And it was Quinn. One time, Quinn stole something out of my hands when we were shopping at Goodwill and I had just found something good and he took it and I did NOT like it. Also, mushrooms. I HATE mushrooms!!!" Really, these boys did not appear to like my soup last night! 🤣 Also, come to find out, Quinn just took the item for 10 seconds to exclaim how cool it was, but then he gave it right back to Walker! 🙃 Silly Walker! But, apparently it made a huge impact on him!
